I am going to tell you exactly why you should care but let me give you some flabbergasting facts first.
On May 15, LifeVantage announced 2012 first quarter results of $36 million! That is a whopping 268% increase over the same quarter last year.This is an eye popping $10 million increase over the last quarter 2011.LifeVantage broke into the Direct Sales Magazine Global Top 100.Despite all this, most networkers have no clue who we are and that is WHY this is an AMAZING window of opportunity for you to create lifetime wealth.
It is a common saying in our industry that a MLM company enters momentum when they have 40,000 distributors and $100 million in sales.
In the first quarter 2012 we did $36 million so there is no doubt LifeVantage is heading for a $100+ million year.
But what about the number of LifeVantage distributors?
It is shockingly low.
There are less than 45,000 people on autoship and a majority of them are Preferred Customers
It is rumored that 76% of people on autoship are Preferred Customers. In my organization it is 81%.
I LOVE IT!!!!
You see, Preferred Customers are more loyal than distributors, do not miss understand me as I Iike and need distributors as well. However, PCs are not making any money
and do not care about the business, they just keep ordering and ordering and ordering
What does this mean?
STABLE volumes and my income does NOT DROP!
I have never been part of a company with such high retention rates, again around 80%.
Why did I get into MLM in then first place?
I will be honest, I want to create walk away residual income.
BUT
How can you walk away if distributor consumption makes up most of or all of your income and the average MLM industry new distributor career is 93 days.
That is why people cannot build a long term sustainable business in network marketing. If your organization is made up of mostly distributors you are building your
business on sand not foundation.
So how can you create a Preferred Customer base that is stable and re-orders every month?
You need a product that is consumable and proven to work (in Protandim’s case there are 8 third party university studies that are not funded by LifeVantage and show
what Protandim can do).
Another key aspect of creating long term walk away residual income is the reward paid to the distributors.
Again, here most people in this industry have it wrong. It does not matter how much is paid at the top, you can make great money at the top ranks in most companies.
What matters the most?
The UPFRONT payment to new and lower ranked distributors. It has to be enough money to keep them alive and in the game.
Again, LifeVantage has satisfied this with three different types of Fast Start bonuses, for example, for each Vantage Pack Distributor Starter Kit sold, you make $260.
That is the highest I have seen in a MLM with a start up cost less than $1,200.
This means that a new or lower ranked distributor can at least make some money quickly (thus stay), while they build they organizations.
So why is it good that despite the awesome revenue figures we are still unknown entity to networkers.
It means there is ENORMOUS opportunity to recruit both distributors and customers.
What I see is a company with all the stars aligned. Everything in place to become the next billion dollar MLM.
